The round plastic piece from the center of my radiator cap fell into the radiator. I was able to retrieve the spring using a magnet, but the plastic piece and not sure what else is still inside the plastic tank above the radiator. Should I be concerned about this? Because I noticed there is a large hose connected to the plastic tank above the radiator where you put the radiator cap.

So it just spreads the surface area and since aluminum transfers heat quickly (which is why we use aluminum pans and foil) it absorbs all the air
