I see you bought the 82896 direct-fit CARB cat. Walker has another direct-fit CARB one with #84696. Anyone have an idea what the difference is?
Does the state you reside in have yearly inspection? If no then take the catalytic converter off and take it to a muffler shop and ask them to bend you a pipe to the exact shape of the catalytic then sell the catalytic to the junk yard and put the muffler shop exhaust pipe on . You will probably get a check engine light but if it’s an old beater car who cares. BTW trees ,flora etc need C02 to breath.. Stop falling for the carbon footprint scam! It’s a scam in order to tax you and line the pockets of scumbag crooks.
Reduce your carbon footprint by riding a bicycle for short trips. Those trips emit next to zero harmful emissions.
